LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The trial against the teen who allegedly made threats towards a Lexington high school is scheduled to continue on Tuesday.
Opening arguments were made on Monday in the trial of Timothy Felker.
The focus was on whether or not Felker was making a joke or a serious threat to shoot people at Dunbar High School.
Back in January 2018, police said Felker took the money his mom gave him for a tattoo and bought an AR-15 and ammunition.
Felker made alleged threats to his friends around the same time, which were later called into the school's tip line.
