LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) - The Fayette County Coroner is helping the University of Kentucky Medical Center in finding relatives of a man who died at the UK Medical Center.
Coroner Gary Ginn is helping the UK Medical Center, who also needs the public's help in finding relatives of John Cassity.
Cassity lived at a mobile home park on Georgetown Road in Lexington, Kentucky.
Cassity was 54 when he died and it was determined that he died of natural causes.
The coroner named two possible relatives, Daniel Cassity, a possible son, and Kelsey Cassity, a possible daughter.
