All and all today was another a pretty nice one. The day began with spotty showers and ended with filtered sunshine and highs around 70°. There aren't too many days like this coming up in the 8 Day StormTracker Forecast.

Unsettled is the word of the week. We'll squeeze in another mostly dry day on Monday before rounds of showers and storms fire up mid-week. Round #1 will arrive Monday and bring scattered showers to the area. Our chances will increase and a few strong/severe storms are possible Tuesday night with large hail and damaging winds. A cold front will spark a final round late Wednesday into Thursday. Briefly dry Friday before more showers next weekend.

We will enjoy above-average warmth before the cold front gets here later in the week. Highs will be in the 70s, even pushing 80° in spots on Tuesday. It will be like a switch was flipped once the front crosses. By Friday highs will only be in the lower 50s. The trend keeps us on the cool side next weekend and through mid-April.
