WOODFORD COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Versailles Police Department officers are investigating a deadly crash involving a motorcycle.
Police say they responded at about 3:25p.m. on Saturday to reports of a wreck on Sellers Mill Road.
Officers tell us a motorcycle appeared to go off the roadway and into an embankment.
The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the crash site.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation. The name of the person who died has not been released due to family notification.
