LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — December 1 is the day the world pauses to recognize the strides made in the battle against HIV.
For the past 31 years, World AIDS Day, as it is now known, focuses on awareness, remembering and celebrating the lives of those facing this disease.
