LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Kentucky mother has not seen her 26-year-old son in nearly a year.
Kevin Jackson went missing in October of 2018.
His mother, Sharon Lathrem-Miller had plans to see her son last October, but when he never showed she began to worry. She says that worry hasn't gone away.
"We can't sleep at night we can't rest until he's at rest, he wouldn't give up on us, we can't give up on him," said Lathrem-Miller.
Jackson graduated from Anderson County High School, but was living in Frankfort at the time of his disappearance.
On Sunday night a vigil was held for him at Anderson County Community Park. His family is trying to remain hopeful that this year they may get the answers they desperately need.
His mother is pleading to anyone who may have information, "Whoever knows something and isn't saying anything, would you want your mother to go through this, how would you want your mother to feel?"
