Now that the snow has ended, skies are starting to clear. That trend will continue overnight. We are tracking a near-record lows for a number of spots, including Lexington. A Freeze Warning will be in effect through Sunday morning. It may seem like a lost cause after this morning’s snow, but still protect your spring plants and crops tonight.

Winter hangs on tomorrow. We won’t get much help from early sunshine with highs only in the mid 40s. Another system will pass by to our north and will renew chances for a rain/snow mix late Sunday night. Chances will be pretty slim. The best chance to see a shower or flurry be for central and northern Kentucky after midnight Sunday through the start of Monday.
