Could this be winter’s final stand? Clouds have been increasing throughout the day. Skies will be cloudy by late this evening. We are tracking a wave of rain and snow showers after midnight. Any accumulations will be minimal through the start of Monday. Temperatures will be dropping near freezing, so some slick spots will be possible for the Monday morning commute. We will dry out by the afternoon, but it will remain cool with highs only near 50° under mostly cloudy skies. Tuesday will be another unseasonably cool day, however we’ll sneak in a bit more sunshine. After that we will put winter in our review mirror and set our sights on spring’s triumphant return.

We are tracking highs in the 60s and 70s starting Wednesday. To make things even better, sunshine will accompany the warmer temperatures! We are tracking partly to mostly sunny skies will small chances for showers and storms through the end of the work week. Our next chance for active weather will come at the start of next weekend as a cold front tracks towards the Commonwealth. Showers and storms will be likely Saturday before it turns cooler at the end of the latest 8 Day Forecast.
