Now that the line of showers/storms is leaving the forecast area, we are losing the threats of potential severe storms. Therefore the StormTracker Severe Threat Index is back to a ZERO for the rest of the evening. Small pop-up activity is possible for this afternoon/evening.

We continue to track the strong storms with a line exiting the state. Heavy rain, strong wind gusts, and lightning are the biggest threats, but storms have remained sub-severe. After this line finishes, most threats for today will diminish. Showers and storms will continue to form both this afternoon/evening and again through tomorrow. A stalling front will lay east of Kentucky, but will continue to drive active weather east of I-75 for a few days.
