The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flood Advisory for…
Eastern Carroll County in northern Kentucky…
Southern Boone County in northern Kentucky…
Northern Grant County in northern Kentucky…
Northwestern Owen County in northern Kentucky…
Gallatin County in northern Kentucky…

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 350 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain had
produced up to two inches of rainfall. An additional inch or two
will be possible over the next hour.

* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.

Some locations that will experience minor flooding include…
Eagle Station, Sparta, Worthville, Crittenden, Dry Ridge, Warsaw,
Kentucky Speedway, Glencoe, Sanders, Ryle, Northcutt, Langstaff,
Wheatley, New Liberty, Sherman, Elliston, Munk and Eagle Hill.
Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
