* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
East central Marion County in central Kentucky…
Southeastern Washington County in central Kentucky…
Western Boyle County in central Kentucky…
North central Casey County in central Kentucky…

* Until 900 PM EDT.

* At 831 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm
capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. This
storm was located 7 miles east of Lebanon, and moving east at 35
mph. This storm has a history of damage across Marion county.

* Locations impacted include…
Lebanon, Brumfield, Parksville, Rineltown, Forkland, Poplar Corner,
Aliceton, Mitchellsburg, Simstown and Gravel Switch.
Severe thunderstorms produce damaging winds, deadly lightning and
very heavy rain. For your protection, move to an interior room on
the lowest floor of your home or business. Heavy rains flood roads
quickly so do not drive into areas where water covers the road.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
