Back to work and school, and back to tracking unsettled weather. Hopefully you enjoyed this mostly dry day. Conditions will remain quiet overnight with some patchy fog developing by morning. Monday starts off with little trouble, but pack the rain gear.
We are tracking a low to graze the Ohio Valley over the next two days. A warm front will usher in scattered thunderstorms Monday afternoon. There are more storms to come through Tuesday. A cold front will wipe out the unsettled weather by mid-week.
A trip to September awaits us for the rest of the week as a Canadian high will settle in. That will spell a great stretch of days including lower humidity, comfy highs, and sunshine through late-week. Next weekend will look and feel like more typical August with humid and very warm days, plus chances for widely scattered storms.
