Get ready to get sweaty! We’re back in the dog days of late summer Monday & Tuesday with mostly to partly sunny skies an a very steamy set up. Highs will top out around 90° and with a south/southwest wind pumping higher humidity into the Commonwealth the heat index will range from the low 90s southeast to mid/upper 90s west. Take it easy & stay hydrated if you’re working outside.
Some relief is on the way- expect rising shower/storm chances later this week and in response highs will fall to the mid to low 80s.
