The Flash Flood Warning for Fayette County has expired. Rain has ended and high water is receding. Slow-moving heavy rain and thundershowers are now tracking through eastern Kentucky. Heavy rain may lead the minor flooding of low-lying areas and quick rises of streams and creeks. Use extreme caution if you are driving late tonight. We are tracking the rain to exit eastern counties by the morning commute.
