We’re getting cold again tonight, in fact it will be coldest night of season. We are tracking lows in the low to mid 30s. A Frost Advisory will be in effect for a widespread frost. A freeze is possible in spots. We could take care of the first fall frost and freeze in one fell swoop. Make plans to protect your delicate outdoor plants. Either bring them in or cover them up. Don’t forget about your pets. And allow yourself a little extra time in the morning to defrost your windshield.

A brisk afternoon will follow the frosty start tomorrow. Highs will settle for the low 50s. But along with those chilly temperatures, we will see abundant sunshine. There will be another frost potential Thursday night. Temperatures will get another boost to close out the work week. The trade-off will be chances for showers late Friday through Saturday afternoon. Another cold front will dry things up for the second half of the weekend. This same boundary will also bring another shot of cold air. If we don’t drop to freeze tonight, there will be other opportunities Saturday and Sunday night.
