What a great November weekend! There’s more pleasant weather to come leading up to Thanksgiving, but we’ll hit a road block at start the week. Clouds have been gradually filling in during the latter part of today. Skies will become cloudy tonight. We’re tracking widely scattered showers to arrive by morning and continue throughout the day Monday. Tomorrow’s showers will be light and pesky. This system won’t be a big rain maker with rainfall amounts less than a quarter inch.

A dying cold front will try and cross through the Bluegrass Tuesday. We will keep overcast skies and chances for morning sprinkles in place. Temperatures will also be chillier. Highs will be in the upper 40s with showers on Monday. It will only be the low 40s, at most, on Tuesday. Clouds will start thinning later in the day as high pressure tracks east. Conditions will greatly improve just in time for all the Thanksgiving travelers. Sunshine returns Wednesday and highs will climbing back into the 50s by Thanksgiving Day. Most of Black Friday will be fine. We are tracking another storm system to deliver rain on Saturday. Travels home next weekend could be a little wet.
