We’re tracking a round of wet and wintry weather developing late Thursday night into Friday morning. Watch for light, accumulating snow with totals in the 1″-2″ range on the high end, mainly along & north of I-64. Expect lower amounts south/southeast with cold rain cutting into totals. A winter weather advisory is in effect through Friday morning- roads will be wet, potentially snow covered in spots and could be slick and hazardous for our Friday morning commute.
After that we’ll see a significant warm spike, Saturday’s highs will soar to around 60° with low/mid 60s south. Along with that- showers, gusty wind and a strong Saturday evening storm potential as a cold front sweeps east.
