Today begins another multi-day wave of active weather. Clusters of strong thunderstorms have already popped up this afternoon. These storms are capable of producing strong winds, some hail, and locally heavy rain. The window for stronger storms will remain open throughout this evening. Showers will linger into the morning.
Round after round of rain and thundershowers will march through the area over the coming days. Unfortunately impacting Derby weekend once again this year. Once all is said and done late Saturday around an inch of rain will be possible out east, with up to three inches possible along the Ohio River between Cincinnati and Louisville.
