A ripple of low pressure will push a cluster of showers & storms across western Kentucky Wednesday. A few may graze our far western counties closer to I-65 toward midmorning but we’ll mainly see a bump in cloud cover in the Bluegrass. Beyond that- a significant, summery pattern flip is still underway midweek and maxing out this weekend. It’ll be cool in the Pacific northwest with rounds of severe storms likely west of the Mississippi River and full-bore summer warmth here at home. We’re heading for a run of days well above average- into the 80s starting this weekend and extending into next week.
