Here we go- after a couple of beautiful early June days active weather is on the rise. A slight risk for severe storms holds across the majority of the Commonwealth Wednesday. Expect AM and PM rounds of showers and storms with a decent break in between. With sufficient destabilization during our afternoon lull the primary severe threat will stay with our second round diving south late Wednesday evening into early Thursday morning. Watch for damaging wind gusts, hail and heavy rain. Highs will stay on either side of 80°.
