Talk about a perfect day! Today may end up being one of the top weather days of the year. The weekend will begin on a similar note. If Dad is feeling like a round of golf, a day at the pool, or a barbecue, tomorrow is the day to do it with almost no interruptions. Saturday will be breezy and warmer with highs in the low to mid 80s under partly cloudy skies. Some stray storms will try and take a run at central Kentucky during the second half of the day, but most will stay just to our west.

Father’s Day will be a different story. Scattered showers and storms will be around, especially into the afternoon. This will kick start an unsettled stretch that will run through next week. There will be daily chances for rain and thunderstorms. It won’t be raining the entire time, but some days will feature less dry time than others. Temperatures will also remain stagnant with highs consistently around 80°. Not even the first day of summer next Friday will break this pattern.
