Late weekend heavy rain plus additional rounds inbound the next couple of days will lead to an elevated flash flood threat early this week. A flash flood watch is in effect for Bluegrass, northern & eastern counties Monday and Tuesday. Expect rounds of showers, strong storms and torrential rain on and off through the middle of the week.
