The threat for severe storms shifts toward the east coast Thursday but heavy rain & localized flash flooding remains a hazard as scattered showers & t-showers hang on in the Commonwealth. The flash flood watch has been dropped in the Bluegrass but continues through Thursday evening north and southeast. Low pressure north and a cold front tracking east early in the day will keep it unsettled with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s.
Expect one day off Friday with showers & storms firing back up this weekend.
