Only a few isolated showers have been seen on the MaxTrack so far today. We started with some cloud coverage, but it wasn’t long until the sun was shining. It’s been a nice day and we get another before the heat and humidity really begin to crank up. Cumulus decorate the sky this afternoon with a few producing showers.
The rest of today will continue to be nice, warm, and only slightly humid. The front that passed yesterday, helped make conditions nice for a few. We will get another one tomorrow, with an even lower rain chance. Humidity is manageable and will stay like this until we reach the weekend. Heat will also return towards the weekend as the winds shift out of the southwest again. Isolated showers will likely pop-up through Friday afternoon from the heat and lower pressure. Scattered storms will flare up for the weekend when the heat is closer to normal for this time of the year. Storm chances will continue through the weekend and into the early parts of next week before lowering back to a daily isolated chance midweek. Temperatures will hover in the low 80s for afternoon highs through next week as well.
