The Commonwealth is encased in a fresh round of snow, sleet and ice and with Arctic air in place it's not going away any time soon. Expect very cold highs around 20° in the Bluegrass with a frigid, single digit wind chill and lingering flurries Tuesday. Roads will remain hazardous and southeastern counties that saw significant ice accumulation will continue to grapple with power outages. We'll have a brief chance to catch our breath as yet another winter storm is gearing up with more snow and mixed precipitation likely Wednesday night into Thursday.
