Cooler First Days of August

After a few active days with plenty of soaking rain and humid air, we finally have some nicer, more enjoyable weather ahead. The month of August has begun with the 80s instead of the 90s and it looks like the cooler trend will hang around for several days. Highs will average near 80 degrees Sunday through at least Thursday of this coming work week. Low temperatures in the night will dip into the mid 60s and even down to the upper 50s a couple of nights. We certainly aren't finished with the summer feel, but at least we have a nice vacation from the heat (and heavy rain) for a week or so. Enjoy!
