Thank you, high pressure! The high is the reason we have a nice northeasterly breeze and a more comfortable feel this afternoon. If we were under the same air mass as two days ago it would feel like 93° out there, but it feels like 88° now. Cloud cover will remain minimal this evening and tonight with sunshine coming back for Friday. This same type of weather will linger tomorrow and most of our 4th of July, but by Sunday the heat continues this time with more humidity. The low 90s are anticipated through the holiday weekend and most of next week too.
Independence Day is looking great with fantastic weather for pool time, but remember to stay hydrated as the sun and heat will deplete you of your energy quickly. Take breaks indoors if needed and wear sunscreen, but enjoy the nice summer weekend ahead.
