A cold front is on its way into and through the Bluegrass today. It has sparked a few Severe Thunderstorm Warnings, but the activity will wrap up this evening leaving us with one dry day and tht is tomorrow. Tropical Storm Fay will continue its path northward taking much of our moisture with it off the east coast. Enjoy a warm but mostly dry day tomorrow with plenty of sunshine. Rain and storms return again Sunday as another system approaches from the west.

The next few days will bring a tiny bit of relief from the heat and humidity, but a second wave of heat from a large ridge of high pressure slides in by mid next week. This high will send our temperatures well into the low 90s again, if not even hotter.
