We’re in for another treat tomorrow as temperatures remain mild on a comfortable, sunny day. Today was like that as well. The only real downside was the wildfire smoke causing a slight haze in the air today. Still, you could see some blue and get a feel of the warm, but pleasant day.

We continue with nice weather for Tuesday as high pressure remains in place. So, expect more of the same. Wednesday will show some change as clouds increase ahead of two distinct weather features. First, the remnants of Sally will be moving close by on Thursday. Most of the moisture should stay well south of us, but we could get clipped. A few storms may occur, but it will mostly be rain showers with a slight breeze. The reason Sally will stay mostly away from us is due to a nicely timed cold front steering the storm away from us. This front could also bring in a few showers and storms of its own on Thursday with the lower pressure. More importantly, it will be instrumental in bringing a VERY fall-like air mass for the upcoming weekend. As of now we’re expecting lots of sunshine, with high temperatures bottoming out closer to the 70-degree mark.
