Things are shaping up to be nice again for your Sunday, but this time we get warmer temperatures. As for now though, temperatures are starting cold in the low 30s and upper 20s. Clear skies overnight had a hand in the cool down. Wind is light out of the southeast but may still make it feel cooler from time to time. Skies will remain clear through the day, as will the MaxTrack.
Temperatures will warm quickly this morning and afternoon thanks to southerly wind flow which will become breezy by the afternoon. Expect to be in the 50s by noon and reaching the 60s a few hours before sunset. Take advantage of the warm and sunny weather today. Early week brings more activity in the forecast. Monday will feature more clouds ahead of the incoming system. Rain should arrive sometime late Monday for western counties and into Tuesday morning for the eastern portions of the state. Showers will be widespread for Tuesday morning and then more scattered into the afternoon with some thunderstorms taking shape as the heat increases. A few heavy downpours are possible at times. Rain continues off and on through the rest of the week.
