This morning is starting off relatively problem-free. Mostly cloudy skies overhead with temperatures in the upper 60s/low 70s is how we’ll enter the daylight hours. Some patchy fog has developed in the deeper river valleys, so that may be an issue if you aren’t lucky enough to be off work today.

Not much in the way of change for our current weather pattern. We’re still dealing with high pressure and that means partly sunny, hot, and humid for a stretch. We’re tracking temperatures back up around 90 degrees this afternoon and enough moisture in the air to make it feel “thick” outside. A few isolated pop-ups are still possible this afternoon as building cumulus get going. Just like the last few days, if you’re lucky enough to get a stray shower or storm, its a small spot of heavy rain and a few strong wind gusts at times. This pattern will bring into the middle of the work week.
