Wednesday has been nice so far. A 20-25 degree cool down did cause some icy patches on the roads, but after the sun came up, things roads were doing better. Clouds did decrease and the abundant sunshine helped lift spirits. More importantly, the dry day has allowed water to lower. We’ll be getting another day like it tomorrow.

A second, mostly dry day is in store for us tomorrow. We’ll get another day to let high water around the region lower. Conditions will start cold and near freezing tomorrow. This may allow some minor refreezing on roads, so be cautious. As we progress through tomorrow the skies will start sunny and increase in cloud coverage through the day. Due to a breezy southwesterly wind, we do warm up in a hurry. Temperatures will rise into the mid-50s before the sun goes down. We cool down and add rain (and snow) back into the forecast as we wrap up the work week and begin the weekend.
