A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH has been issued and will be in effect until 11:00 PM this evening.
Strong thunderstorms will begin to develop through the afternoon and evening. Storms will be capable of producing damaging wind gusts as a primary threat. Some hail and isolated spin up tornadoes are also possible. The severe thunderstorm watch covers most of Northern and Central Kentucky.
