(LEX 18) — Wintry weather and treacherous road conditions have spurred some eastern Kentucky school districts to cancel classes Tuesday.
Officials in Harlan and Leslie counties announced their schools will be closed.
Harlan County's closure will be an NTI day.
Postings on both schools' Facebook pages noted snow was covering roadways in the area.
