Another sunny start to the day. Things will be looking good again for your Sunday. We’re adding heat to the forecast, but storms are still a day away. Temperatures are running in the 60s and will warm quickly to around 90 for this afternoon. Humidity will still be manageable, but it’ll still be a little sticky out there. Regardless, it’s one of the last mostly rain-free days we for a minute.

Starting tonight, a complex diving south over the western counties may push a few light showers into our area. The chance it pretty small so don’t get your hope up. Tomorrow, the chance is slightly higher, but still we’re working at the mercy of another complex that will swing to our west. Therefore, our chances remain in the 30% category with most activity occurring west of I-75. Tuesday will be more of your typical afternoon/evening thunderstorm pattern and that lasts through the week. Temperatures will routinely reach the upper 80s each afternoon. Mornings will run warm in the upper 60s and low 70s. Count on heavy downpours, lightning, and a few strong wind gusts if you get caught under a storm.
