WHITLEY COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Whitley County Emergency Management reports that a 16-year-old left his foster home in Williamsburg and did not return.

He left around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Perry E. Reed is described as 5'04'', thin, with a fair complexion, brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on both of his arms.

Reed was last seen wearing light gray jogging pants. Reed's foster mother said he required daily medication for heart trouble.

Emergency Management said he could be in the Whitley County area, Pulaski County, Grant County, or Indianapolis, Indiana.
