The rain has ended. Now we are dealing with wicked winds and the biting cold. This cold front has meant business! Winds will remain gusty through the evening with some gusts of 35-40 mph. Temperatures have been tumbling throughout the day after starting near 70°. Trick-or-treaters will have to brave some damp, raw, and blustery conditions this evening. We'll bottom out below freezing overnight, in some cases for the first time this fall. A Freeze Warning is in effect for all of central Kentucky and a number of eastern counties. Some areas could take care of the first freeze and hard freeze in one fell swoop.

Tomorrow and this weekend will be quiet and dry, but also brisk. Lows will be in the upper 20s and highs will only be around 50°. We will also welcome back sunshine! Temperatures will return to the lower 60s early next week. We have included a few showers in the StormTracker Forecast beginning on Election Day.
