Mother Nature's cutting us some slack Thursday. I can't say the same for the weekend. We'll end up partly sunny, dry and chilly with below average highs in the mid 40s Thursday. Clouds increase Friday with highs in the upper 40s to low 50s. Saturday looks rough, cold rain and isolated pm t-showers will keep it wet and dreary. Highs will briefly rise to the mid to upper 50s.
