After a quick wet to wintry hit with the chance for minor to light, slushy snow accumulation across our southeastern mountain counties early Tuesday morning expect sunshine and highs in the 40s this afternoon as we quickly dry out. We'll take two days off from active weather Wednesday and Thursday but this weekend's still trending very wet and very warm. Highs will soar to near record levels in the 60s Friday and Saturday with rounds of rain (heavy at times, flooding possible) soaking the Commonwealth.
