Low pressure drifts across the Commonwealth Monday, the driver behind a significant winter storm just to our north that's mainly a heavy rain threat here in Kentucky. A flood watch is in effect from Lexington into southeastern counties but we all need to watch for rounds of heavy rain and localized flooding, especially Monday afternoon/evening. As the system departs much colder air rushes in and we'll wrap this up with highs in the 30s Tuesday after 40s and 50s Monday. Watch for a quick shot of light snow Tuesday morning that shouldn't amount to much.
