DJ pleads guilty to being drunk at high school graduation party

A DJ was charged in June with public intoxication after deputies said he appeared to be drunk at a high school event.

According to WAVE, Dennis Rhodes has pleaded guilty to being drunk while working at a North Oldham High School graduation party.

The annual celebration is meant to be chemical and alcohol free.

Deputies said Rhodes admitted to drinking vodka from a sports drink bottle and they said they found a vape-type device with traces of marijuana.

WAVE reported that Rhodes pleaded guilty to public intoxication.

Rhodes was ordered to pay a $280 fine and court costs.
