FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) — After a Frankfort couple died on Wednesday, their teenage daughter was hospitalized and left without parents.

Franklin County Sheriff Deputies found Larry Hollon, 51, and Donna Hollon, 54, both with gunshot wounds.

Larry Hollon was pronounced dead at the scene and Donna Hollon was taken to a hospital where she later died.

The couple's 18-year-old daughter, Daisy Hollon, was taken to the hopsital with minor injuries.

Daisy lived with her parents and has "went through a very tragic time," according to the GoFundMe that has been made for her.

"We want to thank everybody for everything they have donated, or will donate. This little girl's life has been destroyed and she needs to know that she's not alone in all this trauma," said the organizers of the GoFundMe.

According to The State Journal, Kimberly Cox, one of the organizers of the GoFundMe, said that Daisy had been dating her nephew for three years and they were close friends.

"She barely turned 18 a couple months ago and she hasn't been able to step out on her own. She has to now more than ever," Cox told The State Journal.

Cox can be contacted through the GoFundMe page for questions about other sorts of donations that can be made.

According to The State Journal, funeral arrangements for Donna Hollon are pending at Clark Legacy Center on Versailles Road.
