Southeastern Kentucky's thirty day percentage of normal rainfall is double... plus change. We're waterlogged and with more heavy rain inbound Wednesday, the flash flood threat will ramp up quickly.Round two is firing up southwest, expect scattered showers developing Wednesday morning transitioning to widespread (heavy) afternoon rain with a line of strong, gusty t-showers late in the evening. We'll see another 1" to 2" of rain Wednesday into Thursday. Combined with the soaking we just sustained that'll push our total this week into the 2" to 4" range. A flash flood watch remains in effect statewide until Thursday morning.
