FAIRFAX, Va. — The UK Women's Soccer team picked up their first win of the season earning a 4-2 win at George Mason on Thursday night.
Four different Wildcats scored in the game, including one in the second half from Jordyn Rhodes that broke a 2-all tie. She stole the ball and scored the go-ahead in the 47th minute.
Kentucky had gotten draws in their first two games of the season against Bowling Green and Western Kentucky. Next up for the Cats is a return home to the Bell to face Youngstown State Sunday at 2:00.
