LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – All restaurants in the mall have had a follow-up inspection and passed after self-closing following reports of an unknown illness circulating through staff.LEX 18’s Karolina Buczek went through all the inspection reports from a 2018 visit from the health department. Records show that two of the restaurants at the Food Court did not get a passing score this year. Chao Cajun got a 91, a five-point deduction for potentially hazardous food. Asian Too Express got an 82, including violations for hand washing and hygienic practices, as well as sanitizing food equipment and utensils.
