Kentucky reports 373 new COVID-19 cases, 4 new deaths

FRANKFORT, Ky. (LEX 18) — Gov. Andy Beshear announced Monday that there are 373 new COVID-19 cases and four new coronavirus-related deaths in the state of Kentucky.

The current positivity rate over the last seven days is at 4.77 %.

Gov. Beshear says he's glad the schools that reopened last week have switched to virtual learning after some students and staff members tested positive for COVID-19.

As of Monday, there have been 43,899 total COVID-19 cases and 885 total coronavirus-related deaths. 9,544 Kentuckians have recovered.
