LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — One person is dead following a Monday morning collision involving a motorcycle in Laurel County.
According to the Laurel County Sheriff's Office, a motorcycle was traveling east on KY 552 around 11:30 a.m. when it lost control in a curve and crossed into the path of a truck.
The driver of the motorcycle, 29-year-old Jerry Honeycutt, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead on scene.
Neither the driver nor the passenger in the truck suffered injuries.
