LAUREL CO., Ky. (LEX 18) — *UPDATE: Around 12:30 p.m. Friday, 17-year-old Tyler Phelps was found safe according to the Laurel Co. Sheriff.
He had been reported missing early Friday morning after not being seen since 8 p.m. Thursday.
