RICHMOND, Ky. (LEX 18) — Multiple lanes of I-75 southbound at the 89 mile marker are currently closed following an afternoon collision involving an overturned semi-truck.
Richmond Police report that the southbound left and middle lanes, and the northbound left lane are currently closed as responders work to clean up fuel. The lane closure could last for several hours, police say.
Police urge drivers to remain cautious, as current weather conditions have caused roadways to accumulate black ice.
