RUSSELL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX NEWS) — One man is dead after an apparent drowning on Lake Cumberland Wednesday afternoon, Russell County Coroner Mark Coots reports.
According to a release, the agency responded to the Caney Fork Creek area around 5:30 p.m. 28-year-old Joshua Wethington of Casey County was pronounced dead at the scene.
Wethington will be taken to Frankfort for an autopsy, Coots reports.
